All pricing shown on www.laurafelicity.co.uk are in Pound Sterling (GBP). The pricing of Laura Felicity Design’s products may vary from other stockists.
Products from www.laurafelicity.co.uk can be ordered via the online shop www.laurafelicity.bigcartel.com, email or telephone. We accept PayPal, cheques and BACS transfers. When making a payment by cheque, please make sure you write your cheque guarantee card number, guaranteed amount and expiry date of your card on the back of the cheque. Cheques will require 5 working days for clearance before your purchase order is dispatched.
Similar rules are required with BACS transfers. Please allow 3-5 working days for the bank transfer to occur. Purchase orders will be dispatched once the payment has been received and cleared.
All information regarding cheque payment and BACS transfers are stated in a confirmation invoice once your order has been placed.

Before purchasing any of Laura Felicity Design's wallpaper, it is advised to purchase a wallpaper colour sample to ensure the colour is right for you, which are available to purchase from the online shop.
Everything at Laura Felicity Design is hand printed and handmade, therefore slight alterations of colours and dimensions may occur. Colours are mixed up and dimensions are measured to be as accurate as possible, to that of the displayed item. However the product the customer receives may not be a 100% match to the product pictured or sample provided.
Bespoke Commissions
All of our designs can be made to the customer's specification. Bespoke patterns can also be designed and specific colours can be made for the client. To discuss a commission please get in contact for advice and a quote. Additional terms apply to contract projects.

Laura Felicity Design is fully committed to your privacy needs. We do not keep any card details; only records of purchase orders. Laura Felicity Design does not disclose any information to third parties, including information received from our mailing list.

Laura Felicity Design’s organised events, Hen Parties and Corporate Team building workshop payments are to be paid in full before the date of the workshop. Workshop payment can be made via invoice (Corporate Team Building workshops specific), BACS, or cheque made out to Laura Felicity Milligan. Please revert to the ‘Pricing’ section of the Terms & Conditions for further information.
Workshop payments will be fully refunded to clients up 7 days before the event. From 7 days up to 48 hours before the workshop, a 20% commission fee will be deducted from the cancelled workshop space/event.
If a workshop space or event is cancelled 48 hours or less before the workshop takes place, no refund will be made to the client, with full payment to be kept by Laura Felicity Design.
The option to reschedule a date for the organised events, Hen Parties and Corporate Events can be discussed with Laura Felicity Design up to 7 days before the workshop takes place, simply get in touch. Payments will be transferred over to this new date, and cancellation/refund terms still apply to this new date, as mentioned above.
